Manitou Springs is a different delivery than the rest of the Pikes Peak region. The town sits in a narrow canyon along Fountain Creek, streets were laid out long before anyone was planning for a roll-off truck, and a lot of the housing stock dates to the late 1800s and early 1900s. What we haul out here reflects that: plaster and lath from historic remodels, damp crawl space and basement cleanouts, and storm debris after the creek comes up.

Worth knowing: the 15 and 20 yard share the same footprint, so stepping up a size gets you more volume without taking another foot of driveway. Will a dumpster actually fit in my Manitou driveway?+
Usually, yes. Our bins are 11 feet long — about a minivan — which is far shorter than a standard construction roll-off. The 15 and 20 yard share the same footprint, so a bigger bin doesn't need a bigger driveway. Send us a photo of the spot if you're unsure and we'll tell you before you book.
Can you put the dumpster on the street if my driveway is too small?+
Sometimes, but Manitou Springs is an incorporated city and street placement falls under its right-of-way rules — check with the city first. On many narrow or one-way streets it won't be practical regardless, so we'll always look at driveway options first.
I had water in my basement or crawl space — can you get here quickly?+
Water cleanups are one of the most common calls we get from Manitou, especially through monsoon season. Call rather than book online and we'll tell you the soonest we can be there. Wet drywall, carpet, insulation and ruined belongings are all fine to load.

How is my driveway protected?+
Our delivery experts place protective boards before setting the dumpster down, so it never rests directly on your driveway. We sweep the pad after pickup.
What can't go in the dumpster?+
Hazardous materials are restricted: refrigerators and freezers, AC units, tires, propane tanks, ammunition, paint, oil, gas, batteries and similar items. Ask us and we'll point you to the full restricted-materials list.

What if I need it longer, or need a second bin?+
Just call. We extend rentals and swap full bins for empties regularly — it's a common request on larger projects and we'd rather sort it out than have you overfill.
