Dumpster rentals in Cascade.
Residential Friendly roll-offs delivered up Ute Pass to Cascade — cabin renovations, steep-drive placements and mountain-property cleanups. One flat price from $339.
Mountain properties, steep drives, and not much room to turn around.
Cascade sits up Ute Pass along Highway 24 at the foot of Pikes Peak, and it is a genuinely different delivery from anywhere in the city. Properties are cut into the hillside, driveways are steep and often gravel, and turnarounds are scarce. A lot of the housing stock started as cabins and has been added onto over decades.
We deliver up here regularly, but the placement conversation matters more than anywhere else we go. Our bins are about 11 feet long, which is what makes it possible at all — but grade, surface and turnaround still decide where it can safely sit. Call rather than book blind and we will work it out first.

"Very easy to work with and very helpful with suggestions on how to handle our situation. Very flexible on when we needed the dumpster and how long we needed it."
"A great company to deal with. Courteous and professional from start to finish."
"Aside from the communication and good spirits of everyone, they are also always accurate with the time, and those dumpsters are clean, which makes one's work look more professional."
Asked most often up the pass.
My driveway is steep and gravel. Can you still deliver?+
Often yes, but call us before booking rather than after. Our bins are short, which helps a great deal, but grade and turnaround still decide it. Frequently the answer is placing the bin on a level spot nearer the road instead of up at the house, which works fine for most projects.
Can I put brush, branches and slash in the dumpster?+
Yes. Branches, brush, pine needles and yard waste are all accepted and disposed of responsibly. Mitigation work fills volume faster than most people expect, so if you are clearing around structures ask us about a second pull when you book.
Do you deliver up here in winter?+
Yes, but weather decides. Ute Pass gets conditions the city does not, and a steep shaded drive holding ice is not somewhere we will put a loaded truck. Clear and sand the approach before delivery day, and if it looks unsafe we will call and reschedule rather than risk it.
Everything else
What dumpster sizes are available?+
We rent 10, 15 and 20 yard roll-off dumpsters — enough range to cover a single-room cleanout through a whole-property project. All three are Residential Friendly and sized to fit a driveway.
How is my driveway protected?+
Our delivery experts place protective boards before setting the dumpster down, so it never rests directly on your driveway. We sweep the pad after pickup.
What can't go in the dumpster?+
Hazardous materials are restricted: refrigerators and freezers, AC units, tires, propane tanks, ammunition, paint, oil, gas, batteries and similar items. Ask us and we'll point you to the full restricted-materials list.
What's included in the price?+
Delivery, pickup, disposal, driveway protection and the rental days you chose — one flat price, no hidden fees. Residential rates start at $339. Contractors, call us for specialized pricing.
What if I need it longer, or need a second bin?+
Just call. We extend rentals and swap full bins for empties regularly — it's a common request on larger projects and we'd rather sort it out than have you overfill.
Twenty minutes up the pass, with drivers who know the road.
We run out of one yard on Corporate Drive, straight up Highway 24. The drivers who cover Ute Pass know which Cascade drives a loaded truck can take and which ones it cannot — which up here is the whole job.
