Dumpster rentals in Green Mountain Falls.
Residential Friendly roll-offs delivered to Green Mountain Falls — cabin remodels, seasonal cleanouts and tight mountain-lane placements. One flat price from $339.
A very small town where a standard roll-off simply will not fit.
Green Mountain Falls is a few hundred people in a pocket off Ute Pass, and the scale of the place is the whole story. Streets are narrow mountain lanes, lots are small and steep, and much of the housing stock is cabins — some seasonal, some converted to year-round living over the decades.
A standard construction roll-off is not a realistic option on most of these streets. Ours are about 11 feet long, roughly a minivan, and the 15 and 20 yard share the same footprint so a bigger bin needs no more room. Even so, call before booking — placement here is worked out address by address, not from a map.

Asked most often in town.
Our streets are extremely narrow. Will a truck even get in?+
Usually yes, but please call before booking. Our bins are 11 feet long rather than the 20-plus of a construction roll-off, and the truck is sized to match. Tell us your street and nearest cross lane and we will confirm the approach before anything is scheduled.
There is nowhere flat on my lot. What are the options?+
More common here than not. Most often we place the bin on a pull-off or pad near the lane rather than up beside the cabin — a slightly longer carry, but safe placement and no risk to the property. Our drivers will pick the spot on arrival if it is not obvious.
Do I need permission from the town for a dumpster?+
On your own property, generally no. Green Mountain Falls is an incorporated town with its own right-of-way rules, so if the only workable spot is the lane itself, check with the town before booking. We will tell you when we think that is likely.
Everything else
What dumpster sizes are available?+
We rent 10, 15 and 20 yard roll-off dumpsters — enough range to cover a single-room cleanout through a whole-property project. All three are Residential Friendly and sized to fit a driveway.
How is my driveway protected?+
Our delivery experts place protective boards before setting the dumpster down, so it never rests directly on your driveway. We sweep the pad after pickup.
What can't go in the dumpster?+
Hazardous materials are restricted: refrigerators and freezers, AC units, tires, propane tanks, ammunition, paint, oil, gas, batteries and similar items. Ask us and we'll point you to the full restricted-materials list.
What's included in the price?+
Delivery, pickup, disposal, driveway protection and the rental days you chose — one flat price, no hidden fees. Residential rates start at $339. Contractors, call us for specialized pricing.
What if I need it longer, or need a second bin?+
Just call. We extend rentals and swap full bins for empties regularly — it's a common request on larger projects and we'd rather sort it out than have you overfill.
Twenty-five minutes up the pass, with drivers who know the lanes.
We run out of one yard on Corporate Drive, up Highway 24 past Cascade. It is one of the longer runs we make and one of the tightest, so we schedule it deliberately — and the drivers who cover it already know which lanes work.
