Dumpster rentals in Rockrimmon.
Residential Friendly roll-offs for Rockrimmon's hillside lots and sloped driveways — 1970s and 80s remodels, deck rebuilds and pine cleanup. One flat price from $339.
Built into the hillside, and now due for everything at once.
Rockrimmon climbs the bluffs on the northwest side, and it was built largely in the 1970s and 80s when everyone wanted a house tucked into the ponderosa with a view. Fifty years on, that means split-levels and contemporaries with original decks, original kitchens and a lot of accumulated pine.
Terrain is the wrinkle. Driveways here are often sloped and sometimes tight, and a bin needs reasonably level ground to sit safely. Our bins are about 11 feet long, which helps a great deal — but tell us if your drive is steep and we will pick the placement rather than guess at it.

Asked most often on the bluffs.
My driveway is on a slope. Will that be a problem?+
Usually not, but mention it when you book. A dumpster needs reasonably level ground to sit safely, and on a steep drive the workable spot is often nearer the street than the garage. Our drivers assess it on arrival and will place it where it is safe for both the bin and your driveway.
Can I put pine needles and branches in the dumpster?+
Yes. Needles, branches, brush and general yard waste are all accepted and disposed of responsibly. They fill volume quickly, so if you are clearing years of accumulation, size up rather than down.
Will the dumpster damage my driveway?+
No. Protection boards go down before the bin so it never rests directly on the concrete, and we sweep the pad on pickup. On a sloped drive we take extra care with placement for exactly this reason.
Everything else
What dumpster sizes are available?+
We rent 10, 15 and 20 yard roll-off dumpsters — enough range to cover a single-room cleanout through a whole-property project. All three are Residential Friendly and sized to fit a driveway.
How is my driveway protected?+
Our delivery experts place protective boards before setting the dumpster down, so it never rests directly on your driveway. We sweep the pad after pickup.
What can't go in the dumpster?+
Hazardous materials are restricted: refrigerators and freezers, AC units, tires, propane tanks, ammunition, paint, oil, gas, batteries and similar items. Ask us and we'll point you to the full restricted-materials list.
What's included in the price?+
Delivery, pickup, disposal, driveway protection and the rental days you chose — one flat price, no hidden fees. Residential rates start at $339. Contractors, call us for specialized pricing.
What if I need it longer, or need a second bin?+
Just call. We extend rentals and swap full bins for empties regularly — it's a common request on larger projects and we'd rather sort it out than have you overfill.
Eight minutes away, our shortest run.
We run out of one yard on Corporate Drive, which is essentially next door to Rockrimmon. It is the shortest trip we make, so delivery windows are tight and same-week scheduling is rarely a problem.
