My house has almost no driveway. Can you still deliver?+
Usually yes, and it is a common question here. Our bins are 11 feet long — about a minivan — and much shorter than a standard construction roll-off. If there is no driveway at all we can often use the alley or a parking pad. Send a photo and we will tell you before you book.
Can you put the dumpster in the alley?+
Yes, we do it regularly in Knob Hill. Let us know which end of the alley is open and whether neighbours need to get past, and we will place the bin so access stays clear.
I am gutting a 1950s house. Anything I should know first?+
Two things. Demolition debris from that era is dense, so a bin can reach its weight limit while it still looks half full — tell us it is a gut job and we will size it on weight. And houses of that age may contain asbestos or lead paint, neither of which can go in the dumpster. Test before you open up walls.

How is my driveway protected?+
Our delivery experts place protective boards before setting the dumpster down, so it never rests directly on your driveway. We sweep the pad after pickup.
What can't go in the dumpster?+
Hazardous materials are restricted: refrigerators and freezers, AC units, tires, propane tanks, ammunition, paint, oil, gas, batteries and similar items. Ask us and we'll point you to the full restricted-materials list.

What if I need it longer, or need a second bin?+
Just call. We extend rentals and swap full bins for empties regularly — it's a common request on larger projects and we'd rather sort it out than have you overfill.
