Dumpster rentals in Rock Creek Park.
Residential Friendly roll-offs delivered down Highway 115 to Rock Creek Park — larger rural lots, outbuildings and property cleanups south of Cheyenne Mountain. One flat price from $339.
A small rural pocket south of Cheyenne Mountain.
Rock Creek Park is a small community strung along Highway 115 below Cheyenne Mountain State Park, well south of the city and separate from it. It is genuinely rural — a scattering of properties on larger parcels, most built between the 1970s and the early 2000s, on their own drives and often their own wells.
Because of that, the work here looks like acreage work rather than suburban work: outbuildings, property clearing, and the slow accumulation that comes with having space for it. Placement is easy once we find you. Space is never the problem out here.

Asked most often down 115.
Do you deliver this far south on Highway 115?+
Yes. It is a longer run than most, so we schedule it deliberately rather than fitting it in around city deliveries — which means a real delivery window. Give us a landmark or mile marker along with the address and we will find you without trouble.
Can you get down a long gravel drive?+
Almost always. We deliver on gravel and dirt routinely and can usually place the bin right at the project rather than at the road. Tell us if the drive is unusually long, soft or has a tight turnaround.
Do I need a permit out here?+
On your own property, no. Rock Creek Park is unincorporated El Paso County rather than part of Colorado Springs, so city right-of-way rules do not apply.
Everything else
What dumpster sizes are available?+
We rent 10, 15 and 20 yard roll-off dumpsters — enough range to cover a single-room cleanout through a whole-property project. All three are Residential Friendly and sized to fit a driveway.
How is my driveway protected?+
Our delivery experts place protective boards before setting the dumpster down, so it never rests directly on your driveway. We sweep the pad after pickup.
What can't go in the dumpster?+
Hazardous materials are restricted: refrigerators and freezers, AC units, tires, propane tanks, ammunition, paint, oil, gas, batteries and similar items. Ask us and we'll point you to the full restricted-materials list.
What's included in the price?+
Delivery, pickup, disposal, driveway protection and the rental days you chose — one flat price, no hidden fees. Residential rates start at $339. Contractors, call us for specialized pricing.
What if I need it longer, or need a second bin?+
Just call. We extend rentals and swap full bins for empties regularly — it's a common request on larger projects and we'd rather sort it out than have you overfill.
Thirty minutes down 115, routed properly.
We run out of one yard on Corporate Drive at the north end of town, so Rock Creek Park is a genuine trip south past Cheyenne Mountain. We route it deliberately so you get a real delivery window rather than a vague half day.
