Dumpster rentals in Peyton.
Residential Friendly roll-offs delivered out to Peyton — acreage properties, barns and outbuildings, wind-damaged fence and long gravel drives. One flat price from $339.
Where the subdivisions stop and the acreage starts.
Peyton is out past Falcon on the eastern plains, and it is the point where El Paso County stops being suburban. Parcels here run to five, ten and thirty-five acres, horse property is common, and a lot of homes sit at the end of a long gravel drive on their own well and septic.
What we haul reflects that. It is barn and shop cleanouts, fence lines flattened by prairie wind, and the slow accumulation that comes with having somewhere to put things. Space is never the constraint out here — we can put the bin right where the work is instead of at the top of the drive.

Asked most often out on the plains.
Can you get a truck down my gravel drive?+
Almost always. We deliver on gravel and dirt daily out east and can usually set the bin right next to the project rather than at the road. Tell us if the drive is unusually long, soft or has a tight turnaround and we will plan around it.
Do I need a permit for a dumpster in Peyton?+
On your own property, no. Peyton is unincorporated El Paso County rather than an incorporated town, so city right-of-way rules do not apply. If you are in one of the newer subdivisions with an HOA, check those covenants.
I am clearing out a barn and a fence line. What size?+
A 20 yard for either, and possibly a second pull if you are doing both. Fencing is bulky and fills volume fast; barn contents are mixed. Call us with what is coming out and we will tell you honestly whether one bin will cover it.
Everything else
What dumpster sizes are available?+
We rent 10, 15 and 20 yard roll-off dumpsters — enough range to cover a single-room cleanout through a whole-property project. All three are Residential Friendly and sized to fit a driveway.
How is my driveway protected?+
Our delivery experts place protective boards before setting the dumpster down, so it never rests directly on your driveway. We sweep the pad after pickup.
What can't go in the dumpster?+
Hazardous materials are restricted: refrigerators and freezers, AC units, tires, propane tanks, ammunition, paint, oil, gas, batteries and similar items. Ask us and we'll point you to the full restricted-materials list.
What's included in the price?+
Delivery, pickup, disposal, driveway protection and the rental days you chose — one flat price, no hidden fees. Residential rates start at $339. Contractors, call us for specialized pricing.
What if I need it longer, or need a second bin?+
Just call. We extend rentals and swap full bins for empties regularly — it's a common request on larger projects and we'd rather sort it out than have you overfill.
Thirty-five minutes east, scheduled properly.
We run out of one yard on Corporate Drive, which makes Peyton our longest regular run. We route it deliberately rather than squeezing it onto the end of a day, so you get a real delivery window instead of a vague morning.
