Do I need a permit for a dumpster in Falcon?+
On your own property, generally no — Falcon is unincorporated El Paso County rather than an incorporated town, so city right-of-way rules do not apply. Check your HOA if you are in Meridian Ranch, Woodmen Hills or Paint Brush Hills, as those have active architectural committees.
Will the wind blow debris out of the dumpster?+
It can, and out here that is a real consideration rather than a theoretical one. Load shingles, insulation and cardboard first and weigh them down with heavier debris, and avoid leaving light material loose overnight in spring. If a wind event is forecast, call us and we will look at moving your pickup up.
Can you deliver to a property with a long gravel driveway?+
Yes, that is most of what we do in Falcon. We deliver on gravel and dirt routinely and can usually set the bin right next to the project rather than at the top of the drive. Just tell us where you want it when you book.

How is my driveway protected?+
Our delivery experts place protective boards before setting the dumpster down, so it never rests directly on your driveway. We sweep the pad after pickup.
What can't go in the dumpster?+
Hazardous materials are restricted: refrigerators and freezers, AC units, tires, propane tanks, ammunition, paint, oil, gas, batteries and similar items. Ask us and we'll point you to the full restricted-materials list.

What if I need it longer, or need a second bin?+
Just call. We extend rentals and swap full bins for empties regularly — it's a common request on larger projects and we'd rather sort it out than have you overfill.

We run out of one yard on Corporate Drive and cover Falcon on our own routing rather than as an afterthought on a regional run. That means real delivery windows out here, not a vague half-day, even though it is one of the longer trips we make.
