Palmer Lake is a town of a couple thousand at the very north end of the county, tucked against the foothills where the Divide tops out. It is old by Colorado standards, the original lots are small, and a good share of the housing started as cabins and cottages that have been added onto for a century.

Will a dumpster fit on my Palmer Lake lot?+
Usually yes. Our bins are 11 feet long — about the footprint of a minivan — and much shorter than a standard construction roll-off. The 15 and 20 yard share a footprint, so going bigger costs no extra space. Send a photo of the spot and we will confirm before you book.
Do I need permission from the town?+
On your own property, generally no. Palmer Lake is an incorporated town with its own right-of-way rules, so if the only workable spot is the street, check with the town first. We will flag it when we think that is likely.
Do you deliver up here in winter?+
Yes, year round. The top of the Divide gets more snow than the city, so we ask that the approach is plowed and not iced over. If conditions look unsafe on the day we will call and reschedule rather than risk your property or our truck.

We rent 10, 15 and 20 yard roll-off dumpsters — enough range to cover a single-room cleanout through a whole-property project. All three are Residential Friendly and sized to fit a driveway.
How is my driveway protected?+
Our delivery experts place protective boards before setting the dumpster down, so it never rests directly on your driveway. We sweep the pad after pickup.
What can't go in the dumpster?+
Hazardous materials are restricted: refrigerators and freezers, AC units, tires, propane tanks, ammunition, paint, oil, gas, batteries and similar items. Ask us and we'll point you to the full restricted-materials list.

What if I need it longer, or need a second bin?+
Just call. We extend rentals and swap full bins for empties regularly — it's a common request on larger projects and we'd rather sort it out than have you overfill.

We run out of one yard on Corporate Drive, straight up the interstate. Palmer Lake is one of our longer northern runs, so we schedule it deliberately — and our drivers already know which streets in town take a truck.
