"Overall, I had a decent experience with them. The drop-off and condition of the bin was great. It helped me get my job done quickly and efficiently. My only complaints are that my driveway was not swept/cleaned after pickup, the bin left rust-colored stains on my driveway as well, as the week that I had it, had heavy rain. In addition to this, the phone was not answered when I called them. It was always them calling me back, after a missed call. The one time they did answer when I called, they answered “hello,” which doesn’t give a client indication that they’ve called a business. Maybe it’s a personal phone they’re using for business purposes. When I booked online, I received an email that said THEY would call me within 24 hours. I didn’t receive a call at all, which prompted me to reach out two days later, in which I was told “you’re supposed to call,” though the email clearly states they will. Their reasoning was that it was a Sunday that I scheduled it on, and they “didn’t see it.” Also, although their site says they deliver on Saturdays, I was told on this phone conversation that they do not, which was disappointing as the Saturday delivery was the only reason I booked in the first place.

Update: I received a follow-up in which my issues were addressed. I have no complaints at this time."

"Prices were great don’t get me wrong, but were supposed to be picked up on Friday, did not pick up til Tues morning pretty sure I was charged extra days and they left glass in the driveway all over which I don’t understand how when they glass I put in there was a 20 gal fish tank at the very front of the dumpster?? Didn’t let me know either

Just wanted to update company reached out. Offered to come back and clean up even though at that point I already had cleaned up the mess. Overall they tried to do the right thing and make it right and did not charge me for the extra days due to miscommunication. So I changed my rating from 2 stars to 5. Thank you for attempting to make it right."
