Yes! Our typical remodeling projects involve floor tile, laminate, hardwood, vinyl plank, carpeting, cabinets, doors, window frames, drywall, wood/lumber, tubs, vanities, countertops, light fixtures (no fluorescent bulbs), asphalt roofing shingles, roofing underlayment, etc.

The pricing for dumpster rentals is based on several factors including the size of the dumpster, the duration of the rental, and the type of debris being disposed of. We include delivery/pickup, tonnage with each bin and 7 days for the rental with no hidden fees. We offer custom sized 10, 15, & 20 yard bins that are designed specifically to fit in the residential driveway.

Our standard rental includes 7 days, however, we can pick up early and we can extend past 7 days for a daily fee. If an extended rental is needed, please inquire for a custom quote – Contractors please inquire directly.

If the bin is overfilled (overweight) it will have to be unloaded – if the bin is loaded above the top rim of the bin and is not level, it will need to be reworked – unfortunately, it generally requires us arriving onsite which means a wasted trip – we never like charging extra if we don’t have to, so it is important to load only the items/quantities discussed during our initial consultation – if we think it will be heavy (or it is too heavy for our truck set up), we will for sure tell you on the front side.

Never – in fact we have earned a fair amount of business over the years as a result of dumpster companies’ creative billing practices – our pricing is transparent with no hidden fees, and everything is included upfront – we talk through the pricing options up front in the initial call/consultation – we then follow up with confirmation paperwork outlining the project as well as a list of ancillary charges.

Nothing flammable, liquid, toxic, or hazardous: for example: tires, car batteries, any cylinders (propane tanks/oxygen tanks/air compressor tanks), freon (refrigerator/air conditioner/deep freezer), liquids (household paint/aerosol paint cans), fertilizer, motor oil, anti-freeze, asbestos, manure, anything perishable (kitchen food/kitchen waste/items out of the pantry) – we have a more detailed list that we will talk through at the time of booking as well.

Not at all! We will talk through/confirm spotting at the time of booking – we will also notify you when we are en route.

99.9% of the time yes – our bins are custom sized to fit in a standard residential driveway or parking space – additionally we run custom smaller trucks that allow us to fit/maneuver in tighter residential neighborhoods.

Yes! We utilize custom Protective Driveway Boards underneath every bin to prevent gouging or scratching. The bin never touches the driveway surface.
