Not at all! We will talk through/confirm spotting at the time of booking – we will also notify you when we are en route for both delivery and pickup.

If the bin is overfilled and/or overweight it will have to be unloaded to make sure we can safely lift the bin and remain DOT-legal. If the bin is loaded above the top rim of the bin and is not level, it will need to be reworked/leveled to make sure we can safely tarp and transport the load. Nothing flammable, liquid, toxic, or hazardous, for example: tires, car batteries, any cylinders (propane tanks/oxygen tanks/air compressor tanks), freon (refrigerator/air conditioner/deep freezer), liquids (household paint/aerosol paint cans), fertilizer, motor oil, anti-freeze, asbestos, manure, anything perishable (kitchen food/kitchen waste/items out of the pantry) – we have a more detailed list that we will talk through at the time of booking as well.

Yes. Our roll off dumpster rental uses compact roll off dumpsters built for residential driveways. A standard roll off dumpster from a commercial hauler can be around 22 feet long and needs a large truck. Our custom 10-, 15- and 20-yard dumpsters are 10 to 11 feet long and are delivered with lighter trucks, so they fit in driveways and HOA neighborhoods across the East Valley.
