🚫 What Cannot Go In Your Dumpster 🚫
To keep your project smooth and safe, here’s a list of restricted items that are NOT allowed in our dumpsters. Customers will be responsible for additional disposal fees if these items are found:

❌ Batteries
❌ Liquids & Paint
❌ Asbestos
❌ Dirt, Mulch, Sand, or Soil
❌ Hazardous Waste (Explosives, Flammable items, Gasoline, Motor Oil, Solvents)
❌ Biohazard or Biomedical Waste (Needles, Syringes, Lancets)
❌ Chemical Waste
❌ 10% or > Recyclable Paper (Large quantities of cardboard – please call for guidance)
❌ …and no, we don’t take unruly children or ex-spouses either! 😉
If restricted items are visible at pickup, they will be left behind. If discovered at the disposal facility, additional charges will apply.
🚫 DO NOT FILL ABOVE THE TOP EDGE OF THE DUMPSTER 🚫
Overfilled dumpsters cannot be safely tarped and are illegal to transport on public roads. This will result in additional fees or delayed pickup.

Materials should be loaded evenly throughout the dumpster. Placing all heavy debris on one side can cause the dumpster to shift or tilt, making it unsafe to load and transport. This may result in additional fees or delayed pickup.

All doors must be fully closed and securely latched prior to pickup to ensure safe transport. Failure to do so may result in additional fees or delayed pickup.

- Driveway protection system (we place wooden boards underneath every dumpster that we place down)
- Pickup is not automatic unless pre-scheduled. Please call or text when your dumpster is ready for removal.

Why Our Dumpsters Look Different
Our dumpsters are designed differently than traditional long, low containers.
They are built shorter in length and taller in height to fit in tight or shorter driveways while still providing the full advertised cubic yard capacity.
Don’t worry – you are receiving the correct size dumpster, just in a more driveway-friendly design!
- 4 yard – 10’ L × 5.5’ W × 2’ H: Bin plus weight. Final weight prorated at $190 per ton
- 6 yard – 10’ L × 5.5’ W × 3’ H: Bin plus weight. Final weight prorated at $190 per ton
- 10 yard – 10’ L × 7’ W × 4’ H: Includes up to 1 ton of weight coverage
- 15 yard – 11’ L × 8’ W × 4.5’ H: Includes up to 2 tons of weight coverage
- 20 yard – 11’ L × 8’ W × 6’ H: Includes up to 3 tons of weight coverage
(All dimensions and capacities listed are accurate)
*NOTE: There will be a pro-rated $190 per ton fee over the allowed weight for that bin.
*NOTE: Placing dumpsters on grass or landscaping may cause damage and voids our driveway protection guarantee. Please discuss the ideal placement options with your onsite Delivery Expert.
*NOTE: Severe weather or unsafe conditions may delay delivery or pickup.
IMPORTANT: Delivery and pickup times may occur at any time during the scheduled day and are not guaranteed for a specific time. Please be sure the delivery location is clear and accessible, and that the bin is not blocked on the scheduled pickup day.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

- Additional time needed for bin – Extension Rates: $20 per day or $100 per week. Extensions cannot be guaranteed. *4-week maximum (March-November). *6-week maximum (December-February).
- Hazardous waste penalties
- Clean up of banned substance or liquid: $50-$200
- Overloaded bin (over wall height): $75
- Attempted delivery or pickup due to blocked or inaccessible dumpster: $50-$100
- On site relocation fee: $50-$100
- Restricted items: See list above for details
- Recycle items: See list above for details (call for advice regarding more economical recycling options)
- Overweight: $190 per ton (pro-rated)
- Loads exceeding 5 tons will incur an additional $100 flat fee on top of standard overweight charges.
- The customer listed on the order is responsible for all charges, including overages and prohibited items.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
- Cancellation of a scheduled rental with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a $75 charge.
- Rescheduling a delivery or pick up with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a minimum charge of $25.
The customer is liable for any damage done to the dumpster, besides normal wear & tear. The following is not considered normal wear, but is not limited to burn marks, machinery damage, vehicle damage, paint, graffiti, holes, large dents, etc.
If the customer relocates or attempts to relocate the dumpster using their own equipment, a surcharge will be assessed to cover potential damages, liability, and repositioning costs.
Please note, in order for us to tarp our bins properly and legally, fill bin level with wall height only. If it is filled past wall height and we are unable to tarp the bin, a fee will be added and items will have to be removed. Additionally, there will be a trip charge if we are unable to pick up your bin at the scheduled time due to inaccessibility to the drop spot.
It is important to note that loading a dumpster can pose certain hazards due to the potential of shifting debris. Extreme care should always be taken as the material accumulates inside the bin. Young children should never be permitted to stand, jump on or play inside the dumpster.
