Hi all, we are Mark Huntjens and Alena Bowden, Bin There Dump That Franchise Operators for Nanaimo BC. We moved to the Vancouver Island area in 2003. We decided to settle in the beautiful town where we could raise our children Peyton, Madison, and Hudson.
We've proudly put in over 35 years of combined service in the Justice Field, but we felt it was time for a change. Together we set out and searched for a business that involved being outdoors, helping people and keeping the Island green. Now, joining the Bin There Dump That dumpster rental family means we can pursue our dreams.

Nanaimo BC. known as Harbour City is located on the east coast of Vancouver Island. It’s a beautiful growing city that has two airports. Nanaimo Airport has services to Vancouver, Toronto & Calgary and the Nanaimo Harbour Water Aerodrome has services to Vancouver Harbour, Vancouver Airport and Sechelt. Nanaimo also has three BC Ferry terminals.
Nanaimo has more than 30 elementary & secondary schools. The majority of schools are public schools and the Vancouver Island University main campus is also located in Nanaimo. If you ever get a chance to come to Nanaimo BC, the Nanaimo Art Gallery and the Nanaimo Museum are 2 beautiful attractions located downtown worth visiting.
The Nanaimo Art Gallery is located at 150 Commercial Street and the Nanaimo Museum is located at 100 Museum Way.
