We have been operating our Calgary Bin There Dump That office since 2004. When we started we were just a one man bin rental operation and now we have multiplied to a two man operation based on the demand of our Calgary bin rental service.
As the city of Calgary continues to grow so does the demand for bin and dumpster rental services. We saw the demand for our service back in 2004 when I personally was looking for a dumpster rental company and could not find one with ease. When I was able to locate a bin rental company in Calgary I can’t say I was very pleased with the services I received. So not only was it difficult to find a dumpster rental company but getting good customer service didn’t seem to be included in the service.
That’s when the light bulb went off and here we are today providing the people of Calgary with a bin rental service which is focused on not only providing you just a bin rental but a service which is a pleasure for you to deal with. One you can come back to if you’re ever in need of a bin rental service in Calgary again, or one you can refer your family and friends to.

We kept it for about 5 days, which was fantastic - we thought we'd get our moving done quicker but had the cushion of their 14 day policy. The price was good for the 20yd, but if you're looking for a lot of clean out for a move from a long time residence, I suggest going for the 30yd. "Overall, I had a decent experience with them. The drop-off and condition of the bin was great. It helped me get my job done quickly and efficiently. My only complaints are that my driveway was not swept/cleaned after pickup, the bin left rust-colored stains on my driveway as well, as the week that I had it, had heavy rain. In addition to this, the phone was not answered when I called them. It was always them calling me back, after a missed call. The one time they did answer when I called, they answered “hello,” which doesn’t give a client indication that they’ve called a business. Maybe it’s a personal phone they’re using for business purposes. When I booked online, I received an email that said THEY would call me within 24 hours. I didn’t receive a call at all, which prompted me to reach out two days later, in which I was told “you’re supposed to call,” though the email clearly states they will. Their reasoning was that it was a Sunday that I scheduled it on, and they “didn’t see it.” Also, although their site says they deliver on Saturdays, I was told on this phone conversation that they do not, which was disappointing as the Saturday delivery was the only reason I booked in the first place.

All deliver, pickup and dump fees were included in their price and their over-weight and extended days rates were the best of those we checked on. "I have now rented two Bin There Dump That (BTDT) dumpsters from Fred and his team and after calling no less than a dozen dumpster companies and not hearing back for days, I get an answer on every call, or an immediate return call on the rare instances I have to leave a voicemail. I've used other dumpster companies in the past that come late, take over the whole driveway or street, and do not think about how space is very important. As you can see by my photo, our driveway is oddly curved a bit, and BTDT incredibly got the clean and colorful dumpster on one half of the driveway so we could still use the other side. Each person I've interacted with has been courteous and respectful. I cannot more highly recommend this company."

All deliver, pickup and dump fees were included in their price and their over-weight and extended days rates were the best of those we checked on. They covered 3 tons dump fees in their weight and I worried we might exceed that but apparently not. Some places only cover 2 tons dump fees in their rates. They are prompt with delivery and pay special attention to make sure the dumpster is sitting on wood planks so as not to damage the driveway.
