At Bin There Dump That Charlotte, we believe renting a dumpster should be straightforward and hassle-free. The following Terms & Conditions outline what you can expect from our service and what we ask of our customers to ensure a safe and successful rental experience.

By scheduling a dumpster rental, accepting delivery, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Every Dumpster Rental Comes With:

When you rent a dumpster from Bin There Dump That Charlotte, your rental includes:

• A standard 7-day rental period
• Assistance selecting the right dumpster size for your project
• Driveway protection using our wood board system
• Clean, well-maintained dumpsters with walk-in double doors
• Professional delivery and pickup by our uniformed team
• Magnetic and broom sweeping of the placement area after pickup
• Disposal of approved materials at licensed facilities
• Included weight allowance based on the dumpster size selected

If additional rental days or weight overages are required, applicable fees may apply.

What You Can Put in Your Dumpster

Our dumpsters are designed for a variety of residential and commercial cleanup projects, including:

• Home renovations
• Garage, basement, and attic cleanouts
• Roofing materials
• Construction debris
• Wood, drywall, shingles, metal, and household junk
• Furniture and non-hazardous household items

Certain heavy materials—including dirt, concrete, brick, stone, and asphalt—require advance notice so we can provide the appropriate dumpster for safe transportation.

Items That Cannot Be Disposed Of

For safety and environmental reasons, the following materials are prohibited:

• Hazardous chemicals and liquids
• Paints, solvents, gasoline, and oils
• Asbestos-containing materials
• Batteries
• Electronics and televisions
• Refrigerators and appliances containing refrigerants
• Tires (unless approved in advance)
• Biomedical or pharmaceutical waste
• Explosives or flammable materials
• Municipal food waste
• Any material prohibited by local, state, or federal regulations

If prohibited materials are discovered, additional removal and disposal fees may apply.

Safe Loading and Proper Use

Customers are responsible for ensuring the dumpster is used safely and correctly throughout the rental period.

Please remember to:

• Do not load material above the top edge of the dumpster.
• Distribute heavy materials evenly throughout the container.
• Only dispose of approved materials.
• Keep the rear doors securely closed when not loading.
• Never attempt to move the dumpster after it has been placed.
• Obtain any permits or HOA approvals required for placement.

For everyone’s safety, children should never play in or around the dumpster, and no one should climb inside while it is being loaded.

Placement & Driveway Care

We take great care during every delivery by placing protective wood boards beneath each dumpster whenever possible. While this significantly reduces the risk of damage, the weight of a loaded dumpster can occasionally leave marks or cause damage to paved or unpaved surfaces.

By selecting the dumpster placement location, you acknowledge these inherent risks and confirm that the placement area is suitable for delivery.

Customers are also responsible for identifying underground utilities, irrigation systems, septic systems, or other hidden structures before delivery.

Standard Rental Information

Our standard rental period is seven (7) calendar days.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Extra rental days
• Weight exceeding the included allowance
• Relocation requests
• Failed delivery or pickup attempts
• Extended driver wait times
• Disposal of restricted materials
• Specialty disposal items such as mattresses, appliances, or tires

Our team will always communicate any applicable charges whenever possible.

Booking Policies

Payment is required to reserve your dumpster rental.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of delivery may be subject to applicable service fees.

Once a dumpster has been dispatched or delivered, cancellation fees may apply.
