Our Support

Your journey to become a franchisee can be likened to dating, courtship and getting married. You've checked out various franchises and business opportunities – dating the field. You selected one that initially matched your personality, likes and needs - became serious and entered a relationship. You invested more time in getting to know that business. Then comes the critical moment, you agree to meet the parents. You came for a discover day or we came and met you in person. Then you spent a restless night deciding if you were ready to take the plunge and signed the franchise agreement - you proposed and it was accepted. Now comes the most challenging part, the happily ever after.

In Business for Yourself, Not By Yourself

This is where Bin There Dump That and all reputable franchisors shine; Franchise Support. Once you come onboard a team of franchise support specialist takes over. The core competency of BTDT is our operations -

It starts with pre-training check list and flow chart to your grand opening, usually a six week time frame

Followed by coming to the 5 day training course at our home office in Mississauga, Ontario

Next is the up ramp up to opening that includes:

  • Procuring equipment such as your truck and bins
  • Insurance, permits and regulation compliance
  • Telecommunications and Internet
  • Marketing & Advertising
  • Financial review and pricing strategy tweaked for local /regional factors

Our support representative now makes an In-person field support visit. Normally this is completed 30 to 60 days after you are up and running. A second field support visit occurs later the first year.

The most successful franchise operators realize that they are working on their business, not in it. They envision from day one that their key role was one of business development, manager and being the CEO. Our franchise support is designed to accomplish that objective.

As part of your due diligence we invite you to interview existing franchisees so you can compare what is promised with what our support delivers. Please make sure you are through in making the validation calls and asking the tough questions. Its seems that they can be summed up with three key questions -

Are you making money? Are you having fun? Would you do it again?
