Bin There Dump That, a leading residential friendly dumpster rental service, has reached 100 territories in the United States in less than ten years, a notable milestone in the franchising world.
Two years after hitting a very notable milestone of 100 franchise territories across North America, Bin There Dump That hit another milestone in May 2018; 100 franchise territories awarded in the United States. The 100th US franchise location was awarded to Karen and Danny Aller of Central New Jersey.
The growth of the franchise has been predicated on a business model that emphasizes a ‘Residential Friendly’ approach to bin rentals in the waste disposal of home projects for homeowners and contractors throughout the continent. On August 2, 2018, CEO Mike Kernaghan, Senior VP of Operations and Training Greg Yon and Marketing Manager, National Initiatives Andrew McKinlay were in Piscataway to celebrate the ‘Grand Opening’ of Bin There Dump That Central New Jersey with the Mayor of Metuchen (Jonathan Busch), the Middlesex County Chamber and the Middlesex Food Drive. Donuts were provided by The Good Donut Shop. The event was held at Timothy Christian School.
After franchising throughout Canada for the first several years, Bin There Dump That expanded their franchising into the United States. The first two US-based franchises were awarded in June 2011. Since then, the growth has been tremendous, spanning 28 states. The rapid expansion can be credited to entrepreneurial franchise partners, like Karen and Danny Aller.
“We attribute our growth and success to two key factors, and that is finding the right franchisees to add to our network and building an amazing training and support program for them to utilize,” said John Ferracuti, COO of Bin There Dump That. “Our entire team is dedicated to each franchisee and ensuring their success. We understand that the most important factor to a healthy franchise system is happy and profitable franchisees. We strategically search for franchisees with extraordinary communication skills with a business acumen that drives a strong desire for success. From there, they are welcomed into the Bin There Dump That family with open arms and we provide them a proven road map and plenty of guidance along the way.”
Bin There Dump That will continue to expand throughout the United States and Canada into this next decade with the hopes to have nearly 500 operating franchise locations by 2028.
