Bin There Dump That is a start up system. When you purchase a franchise you are connected to everything you need to start and expand the business, including an exclusive protected territory, uniforms, marketing materials, operational tools and access to an electronic support system. Also included is comprehensive training, detailed dealer manuals, sample forms, stationary, technical publication and marketing support materials (ad mats, log sheets, camera-ready artwork, logo identified items, client literature). In some provinces, training may even qualify for provincial grants.

Franchise Acquisition, Miscellaneous Tools and Supplies


When you are granted a Bin There Dump That exclusive service territory, you will pay an Initial License Fee (ILF) to That Franchise Inc. The fee is based on the population of the geographical area of the service territory. A minimum service market investment is $20,000 for up to 100,000 people.


A Service Market consists of a contiguous geographic area with a population up to 100,000 people. The number of persons in an exclusive market is determined by the latest census as amended. You may purchase an additional geographic market at the time of purchase of your initial franchise for an additional License Fee of $1,000 per each addition 25,000 persons contiguous to a Service Market. The ILF is uniformly charged on all territories subject to this offering.


You may also obtain a thirty (30) day option to acquire a franchise Service Market by paying a deposit of $2,000 as an Option Fee. Action on that option must be taken within thirty (30) days, after which your option fee will be retained by That Franchise Inc. to cover its review and presentation costs. You will not be liable for any further Option Fee payments to That Franchise Inc. at that point. When you submit a franchise application during the thirty (30) day option period, your licensee fee for the designated market less the option fee paid, is due upon signing of the license Agreement. If for whatever reason your franchise application is not approved, your deposit (Option Fee) will be returned in full without penalty or interest.


In addition to the Initial Licensee Fee you will require initial operating capital as outlined in the Franchise Offering.


Royalties, Advertising, Vehicle and Equipment


Royalties are based on the number of production vehicles in your fleet. They are paid in 12 equal payments commencing January 1 of each year or in the first month preceding the signing of the License Agreement. The per/vehicle royalty for your first year in business is $4,000. It is $6,000 in your second year of business and $8,000 your third and subsequent years.


National advertising is carried out on behalf of Bin There Dump That licensees by That Franchise Inc. An Advertising Fund holds monies collected each month and advertising expenditures are bourn jointly by licensees and That Franchise Inc.


Service Trucks and Bins


Service trucks and major equipment components are leased by the dealer as a single unit, typically for a five year term, with a buy-out option at the end of the lease. Lease program development assistance may or may not be available from That Franchise Inc. at the initiation of a franchise. Paint is facilitated through the delivering dealer(s) and decals are supplied through That Franchise Inc. Bins can be either purchased outright or leased. The recommended volume of bins to start are between 6 and 8, with a minimum of 4.
